The detail view was completly rewritten. The new feature allows resizing of columns, a new cover flow feature etc. You can watch all the new features in action in this short YouTube video below

New features at the GuruLib community
GuruLib community was expanded to add the clouds, search and tools section. Clouds give a daily snapshot of popular genres, authors, actors, artist, directors etc. on GuruLib. The search tab allows you to search members, title, genre, author etc. The tools section will list utilities that are useful for your home library.
Spring break is fast approaching that means we will be off. Hope you all are enjoying a the nice weather.

Adding books/movies from your cellphone
You may instantly add a movie or book to your GuruLib wishlist by sending a message from your cellphone with the subject as the ISBN or UPC code to barcode@gurulib.com
For e.g. If you want to add “World is Flat” from your cellphone just send a message with subject 9780374292881 to barcode@gurulib.com
You may either use the 10 digit ISBN, 13 digit ISBN, 12 digit UPC or Amazon’s ASIN code in the subject line
Before you can start adding titles this way, you need to register your cellphone number with GuruLib. This can be done at the settings page. Registration process allows GuruLib to identify the GuruLib account to add the book or movie when a message comes from your cellphone.
This feature was available for some time but I get quite a lot of email about adding this functionality to GuruLib.
